At Glass Slipper Formals, we want you to feel like royalty in your gown; if your selection isn't a perfect fit, we offer returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery. Please note that due to the delicate nature of formal wear, items must be unworn, unaltered, and still have all original designer tags attached.
Initiate Your Request
Log into our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back and receive a Return Authorization number.
Prepare Your Package
Carefully fold the garment in its original protective garment bag and place it inside a secure shipping box to prevent any snagging or damage during transit.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you keep a copy of the tracking receipt.
Inspection & Refund
Once our quality control team confirms the gown is in pristine condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
